Target Dates and Delivery of the Product:
For commissioned work, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. Payment details and timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Throughout the creative process, I stay in close contact with clients, providing regular updates and progress photos to share the journey of the piece (if requested).
If final payment is not received, the artwork will be placed back on the market for sale.
In the rare case that a client is not satisfied with the completed piece and the issue cannot be resolved through minor adjustments, the final payment will not be required, but the client will not receive the artwork. In this instance, the piece will also be made available for sale.
My goal is always to ensure that every commissioned artwork feels personal, professional, and created with care — from start to finish.

Once completed, the artwork will be safely packaged and delivered using a trusted courier service or can be collected in person by arrangement. Delivery costs and options will be discussed prior to shipping.
